"My family booked from 28Jul-02Aug(5nights). After we get in to the apartment, first--the Wifi is not working, second--the AC is totally not cooling(like didn't clean AC for long time)(and we cannot open the window because many mosquito outside the garden), third--there are used bedsheet & used pillow inside the cabinet. Fourth--the chair cushion outside the garden is only broken sponge. We really can't sleep in the apartment when Milan temperature was like 32 at night(we moved out on the first...
