"It was living in a fairytale and being the king and queen of the castle! Our room on the top floor had the most amazing view of Orvieto! The apartment was so comfortable, clean, and well appointed! "Easily found hotel on the main road, therefore there is some traffic noise if you have a room at the front. Room was good, with a comfortable bed, and very clean. The lady and gentleman who checked us in/out were very friendly. The walk into town from the hotel is doable and fairly level, where you can then take the funicular up to the old town (just beware it closes early - 7.30pm when we visited in October). "
