"We were delayed and had to pay $50 for the clerk to return and let us in. We had poor communication, Bur Strangers called them twice to let us in. I was ready to sleep in n the Lobby if no one came. Room was nice after checking in. There was a old historic Elevator but I didn't even try to use it. I'm going to avoid staying in properties that don't have staff near by, I especially don't like self check in as we used in Zurich. "
