"The reception staff was wonderful. Very helpful. The staff in Vinology were not as nice or helpful to us. The room is lovely, with a beautiful view, big bathtub and close to everything."

"The staff truly are one of the highlights of this hotel. So helpful, including, taking the time to sit down during a welcome drink and treat to go over the area, provide restaurant suggestions, tours, etc. We can’t thank the staff enough for all of their support. Our room was very comfy, with wonderful amenities and the perfect place to stay when in Porto. We hope to return to Porto and we will certainly stay here again!"
