All the staff was helpful and polite. Hotel is in need of updates in places. You can see where they updated and not. The Lucie
Extremely nice! Having a room right on the beach listening to the waves all night is just superb. The room was very clean, the mattresses nice and firm. Check-in and check-out was easy. The area is nice and quiet. Always a great get-a-way. Looking forward to returning many times.
