Port Roro Nusa Jaya Abadi

Kuta Sea View was exceptional. Bali is known for incredible hospitality, but this resort took it to another level. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with beautiful smiles, and the service only got better throughout my stay. My villa was immaculately clean, beautifully presented, and the bed was blissfully comfortable. The balcony with a daybed, surrounded by lush gardens, was a perfect place to sit in the shade and read a book. What impressed me most was the staff. Many of them, especially management, greeted me by name each time they saw me, which really stood out as this is not a tiny resort. Every staff member I encountered — housekeeping, bar staff, restaurant staff and administration — was friendly, welcoming and always smiling. The location is excellent, with the beach just across the road. Turn left and you can walk to traditional Bali shops and restaurants; turn right and you are close to Beachwalk Shopping Centre and plenty of dining options. The buffet breakfast had a huge range and the food was delicious. I also ate at the restaurant, which had a great variety of food and was reasonably priced. The pool area was spacious, with plenty of shade and very comfortable lounges. I honestly could not fault this resort and will certainly be booking again.

The staff was second to none, Erika at the front desk and Dika where the best hosts ever: Kind, Respectful, Helpful and very attentive at all times.

This place is amazing for families and couples that want to relax. you will enjoy every moment and no need to go out unless you have to. great food, staff, amenities.
