"Really enjoyed my stay. The kitchen made caring for babies so much easier. The only confusion was we were told we had to pay cash for food or bar items at the pool and could not use our credit card but in the end we found out you can. They have poolside bar with ice cream and all kinds of snacks and drinks on honor system always available"

"This place is where to stay!!!! It was insanely affordable for how amazing it was. The breakfast was to die for - we didn’t need lunch they gave you so much! You also have free parking in town which is very nice. The rooms for the price were very nice but the staff was absolutely amazing - they went above and beyond."

"To be honest, I’ve stayed at the la residencia, Puig, etc. This hotel tops them all. Great amenities, great location, parking is amazing, and the rooms are beautiful. My only negative I would say is the Night Shift Front Desk isn’t as educated as he should be. He refused to give my wife a simple Band-Aid because he said it’s only for staff. Not something that makes a lot of sense, but that was probably the only issue we’ve had. He just kept lecturing that he’s not allowed to give away any kind of first aid kits because it’s for staff. He also refused to give us hotel provided toothpaste and toothbrushes so we can use it in the morning prior to our checkout at 6 AM because our bags are already packed. Other than that, the morning shift guy, I wish I had his name, blonde hair with glasses, super nice, super respectful and was very helpful throughout our entire day. He’s probably the reason why I give this place a 10 out of 10."

"Perfect place to stay in between the 2 towns. It has free easy parking. The hotel inside is a little old and outdated but we were still very comfy. The grounds are very pretty It has great views in the back you could climb up to see all of the ocean. It’s just a few steps up. You have to look for, they also have beds you can lay out looking at the view, which is really nice and the pool was perfect. Except the food that was served by the pool was def not healthy or fresh. Overall, I’d stay here again. It is a great location if you have a car and a very easy/nice stay and a for the price I paid it was worth it."

"We stayed in a balcony room right at the top of the stairs, and it was spacious, comfortable, and pleasant. Although the parking lot isn’t directly next to the hotel, having parking included was incredibly convenient. The staff were also exceptionally kind and friendly. We moved around quite a bit during this trip and stayed at many different accommodations, but this was by far the most beautiful and memorable place we stayed. The location is also unbeatable, with the charming streets of Valldemossa right outside the hotel. Overall, this was our favorite stay of the entire trip."
