"Shout out to all the staff especially Luka and Dominik. They went above and beyond. I happened to check in early when a cruise was disembarking, and they were able to store our luggage and provide access to the amenities such as the pool and spa. This was one of the nicest and most well maintained AC Marriotts that I have been too. Also the taxi driver that they use is absolutely amazing and got me to the airport in no time at all. Such amazing staff all around!! I highly recommend the AC Marriott of Split!"

"Staying at House Sandra was such a relaxing and incredible end to my trip to Croatia. First of all, it’s a family-run business. I dealt with the father and son - sadly I did not get their names - but they were so kind and helpful! I was able to store my luggage and get a ride to the airport. I stayed in the second floor apartment. Incredibly clean and well appointed. A little fridge, coffee machine and electric kettle to make tea or coffee. There are multiple grocery stores a short walk away and I was able to get milk and granola and have breakfast there (3 euros!). Villa Diana right next store makes great avocado toast and Aperol spritzes! The bathroom was huge and clean. The very large tv came with a Netflix subscription so I was able to wind down in air conditioned comfort. There is a beautiful park a short walk away, right by the Diocletian palace. Sweet bars, stores and restaurants - all right there. Google the site to get the phone number and call them (I used What’s App) to let them know when you’re coming. There’s not a front desk. The family is super responsive and really cares about the service they are providing. Don’t take a cab from the water front. It’s really just a 7-10 minute walk. Excellent spot!! I can’t wait to stay there again!"

"Lovely staff who were very communicative. The location was fantastic! Right in the heart of the city centre. Despite this, the windows made the room very sound proof. The room was cosy and clean. There were no lifts, stairs only, but these weren't steep or difficult to climb."
