"Take care although this property is in a fabulous location, clean and has friendly staff. Bed was very uncomfortable/hard, our shower room flooded, we were put in a room that was so dark in lighting you could barely see and the third party provider double charged us for parking and hotel is unable to assist with this when i called for help and provider is uncontactable."

"Don't take a room on the ground floor, you hear EVERYTHING from those STOMPING about upstairs, NEVER staying there again! It's down to the two level NOT having CONCRETE between the 2 floors."

"Had a lovely stay. Just one night. Very clean. Full breakfast next morning. Would definitely recommend. Only reason I didn’t give excellent 5 ⭐ hand soap was empty upon arrival you’d think that would be checked and topped up on a deep clean. "

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff really friendly. We tried different restaurants, all were good. The breakfast was good, everyone will find something. The gym is excellent, the pool is nice and warm, though too crowded and may be a bit small for the hotel size plus club members plus lodges. Due to the beautiful location it is complicated to get around without a car. "
