"Pro;Customer service is excellent since they will try their best to satisfy your need. Room is very clean and the location is about 10 min walk to central Oia. Con: The couple of things that I would like them to improve are the stability of WiFi connection and the bath hot water not lasting long enough. It is because it is the room in the cave. If you go deeply inside the room, there will be not any internet connection on the phone. So the stability of Wifi connection has to be good, or you don’t have any internet service. "

"The villa was emaculent , spotless would be an understatement. It had everything we wanted. The private pool , hot tub , steam room and sauna were magnificent. The comfort of the beds and the breathtaking view of the caldera were top notch. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how kind , courteous and professional Mr. Christos was. He handled all our needs with a genuine smile. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience of the serenity villa at the amaya selection of luxury villas. The serenity , tranquility , and overall relaxation was extraordinary. I couldn’t recommend this property enough ! "The entire staff made us feel welcomed and they made our trip very enjoyable. The room was very clean and private. "

"It was a magical stay! The rooms were large and comfortable, the views were spectacular, the pool was amazing, the size of the hotel made it very intimate, the food was awesome, and the staff made the whole experience feel over the top. Nicholas and Kostas were fun and professional. They made us feel like very valued guests. The other staff (I didn't catch their names) were always helpful and friendly. I would go back in a minute. With all of that said, be aware that there are a LOT of steps. If you are in good shape, yet still have some limitations, be sure to communicate with the hotel in advance. Some rooms are better than others for accessibility."
