The hotel’s location is truly excellent—definitely one of its strongest assets. The views are stunning, and the setting has all the charm you would expect from Santorini. The rooms are beautiful, reflecting the island’s traditional style.
That said, there are a few areas that could benefit from some updates or renovations. Some of the furniture, both in the rooms and in the common areas (especially beach chairs, outdoor tables, and umbrellas), is starting to show signs of wear. Improving these would really enhance the guest experience and add value to the property.
Sofia was extremely helpful during our stay—kind and attentive. Still, it would be great to have a more professional and consistent staff presence overall, especially given the hotel’s category and prime location.
I share these comments with the best intentions, as the hotel has so much potential. With a bit of investment, it could become an even more exceptional place to stay. I truly hope these suggestions are taken as an opportunity to grow."
