"★★★★★ We had a great stay at Kefalonia Grand Hotel and would definitely come back! The location was perfect, right in the centre with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafés within easy walking distance. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast had a great variety, with all coffees included, as well as fresh eggs and pancakes made to order from the kitchen, which was a lovely touch. The room itself was on the smaller side, but it was very clean and the daily housekeeping was excellent. Everything was kept fresh and tidy throughout our stay. There is street parking available, which we found quite easy to get during the day, although I imagine it could become more difficult later in the evening. Having a car is also useful for exploring Kefalonia, as some of the beautiful beaches do require a drive, which is pretty standard for the Greek islands. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location, friendly staff, cleanliness and breakfast made it a great experience, and we would happily stay here again. Definitely recommend!"

"Lovely room, absolutely spotlessly clean with excellent facilities..if i had one minor issue it would be that the air conditioning probably needed servicing..it was cool rather than cold and took quite a long time to get the room comfortable in August...Id definitely stay again though and recommend"

"Amazing place absolute paradise on earth. So much space, free parking, swimming pool. Must mention the staff: Heleni she's barmaid absolutely friendly and helpful. And Memi young lady at the reception. Can't wait till next year to come back here again so might do on this one"

"I have to say that this was probably the best suite we’ve ever stayed in over many years of travelling and staying in “up-market” places. We first met our host Elenia (sorry if I’ve spelt it wrong) when she helped us with directions to get to The Twelve Suites and actually came out to find us and got in the car to take us to the car park. The Suites is easy to find but not when you have a mischievous SatNav! Elenia certainly went the “extra mile” for us - and I wouldn’t have got in the car with me! The suite itself was immaculate, looked new, fully air-conditioned, had a wrap round, spacious balcony and two bedrooms with “patio” style doors that were mirror-coated for privacy. The kitchen area was fully equipped with cooker/hob, microwave, fridge, toaster and a bowl of fruit. We met our second host Elena a couple of days after arrival. Both run the Suites and both are very friendly, efficient, helpful and just lovely people. The room is cleaned daily when it is vacated - we just let them know on our way out when we had left for the day. A great holiday with the Suites playing a large part of it.
