"Fabulous Villa Katerina! Totally private and in a stunning, quiet spot with lovely views. We loved the spacious living area and well-equipped kitchen, but the outside was so special - we ate every meal on the terrace and used the bbq every night. The heated pool was gorgeous and so much bigger than we expected! Our host Rosanna was very helpful and easy to contact, and she had provided some food essentials when we arrived, which was a nice touch. The daily housekeeping was much appreciated too....

"Good location (very close to Ammes beach, which is a fantastic blue flag beach), many amenities (rooms had functioning TV & AC, there were also 3 pools available). "Exceptional staff. Very friendly and helpful. Good choices for breakfast. Proper barista coffee without supplement like some places Wonderful setting overlooking moorings. Morning sun at front so a lovely setting for breakfast outside. Small balconies with pleasant view of river, bridge and general comings and going at the front. Back balconies no view, afternoon sun. Rooms minimalist, comfortably furnished. Small bathroom and unusual to find no tiling at all! Always hot water available with good water pressure. Fridge & safe in our front balcony room. On street parking or car parks nearby. All no charge. Easy walking to nearby restaurants and main shopping street."

"Situated near the airport, the hotel/resort is easy to get to. The hotel will arrange airport transport for a small fee. It is well staffed and exceptionally clean. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is on the ocean with access to a nice nearby beach. Several economical restaurants are within 2-3 minutes walk. Rental cars are available at the property (requiring international driving license) and are a must for seeing the area and the island. There are no shuttles to nearby towns or other parts of the island, so the rental car is the way to go. The restaurant food is very good, as is the free breakfast. The only "down side" would be the for the breakfast buffet where food was not replaced for long periods, example fried eggs and other items went empty for a while before they were refreshed. Other than that the place is really nice."

"My gf and I went and it was great, the main pool was practically free most of the time due to the personal pools most rooms had. The room pool it’s self was lovely and a nice size, although if you get too close to the edge you can see/are visible to other rooms as the walls either side ends. Each morning you get a lovely breakfast basket of bread/pastries and then select your main dish from the menu. Really enjoyed!"

"Excellent hotel with fabulous facilities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast were very nice in the Selini Restaurant, lunch is the Gaia also very good. Dinner in the Gaia offered a wide selection of options however the Selini could have offered more choice including a fresh grilled fish dish. I would definitely stay there again if I was to return to Kefalonia."
