"I had a king suite. The couch and chair had so many stains on them and felt greasy, it made me not want to sit in them. The front desk lady was trying so hard to be helpful. She was clearly new and a bit overwhelmed with the big school group that checked in before me. The bed was comfy and sheets were clean. Again the drains on the carpet were really bad."

"They cancelled on us less than 24 hours before our arrival because they “forgot” to tell us they are under construction. We are a family of 6 and they left us completely starting from scratch without any resources or help. Because they cancelled their entire reservations the day before, we were only able to find one room at one hotel in the entire city that was literally twice the cost on a last minute reservation. The Rodeway in staff member was rude and sarcastic, they never returned my call...

"Although the was ok but the bathroom had no vent on the fan. I could see the roof and it don’t work. You guys say there was free Wi-Fi but couldn’t find the password. The room had a coffee maker but no coffee packets in the room. There were other switches on the wall that had no nob on it. The pool was down. Great Experience!
"The hotel was incredibly clean and quiet! The room was great, and the amenities were enough/just right. The convenience of Kwik-Trip being across the street was a bonus- as the area doesn't have many restaurants or options for outside food ordering. The staff was kind and helpful/polite as well! The Pool was not in working order- which wasn't their fault, but the hot tub worked, and it was very relaxing! We will definitly be staying again!"
