This appeared to be the best hotel in Wisconsin Rapids. Our stay was fine. We had great snacks/beer in the pub. A good dinner in the restaurant at the hotel and breakfast was always good. Was it a Ritz Carlton? Hell no, but for where we were it was fine.

The property gets an A for decorating for Halloween. Super cute. The hotel needs some help. It has the ability to be 5 star hotel, maybe lack of staff or whatever but definitely needs help. Wallpaper torn off in bathroom, ceiling tiles stained, tiles chipped on floors and walls, furniture was very well used, elevators need maintenance and the carpet needs to be at least vaccumed once a day, parking lot needs to be re done. The pool area seemed nice, didn't use. Breakfast buffet wasn't bad. Had dinner at the Whitney, not to bad either.

The room was comfortable. The pool was nice. The hot tub seemed cool for a hot tub. The breakfast was above average. The restaurant was closed on a Saturday for some reason so we walked to a nice restaurant close by.

The front desk and restaurant staff were kind and accommodating. The hotel itself is dated. The low lighting in our room was not sufficient. Our bathroom floor was dirty as was the shower curtain. The housekeeping staff knocked on our door at 9:00 though we were staying a second night thus no need to bother us that early.

-Breakfast was good. -Staff was friendly and helpful. -The cleaning staff did a good job the first day but not the second (did not empty the garbage or clean the coffee pot. The bed was not well made). -The facility was run down. -The water jet of the shower was weak. -The WI-FI was at times spotty.

This was the third time we had a sofa bed with no linen or extra pillows. Breakfast is always cold. Asked to check out at noon and was told no problem. Used the pool and than was locked out of my room at 11:30. Luckily staff was cleaning on my floor and let me in. A.C. units are a joke. Check-in staff was very nice. Food from the restaurant was wierd. A pound of nasty potatoes with pasta? Had better times here.

This place is in serious need of remodeling. However, that is not the problem. The towels are so thread bare you can see through them. We received 1 wash cloth per day and there was 2 of us. The towels are very small. The fan in the bathroom does not work. The food at breakfast is cold (we ate about 6:30). The coffee does not get refilled very often. The lighting in the room was awful. It is very dark and gloomy.

This is our usual place to stay when we visit family. The breakfast is great. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked. The only thing that we did not care for was that the carpet was dirty and the bathroom floor was sticky. When we got in the shower after walking around the tub floor was black. We stayed there for 6 nights and it would have been nice to have a little larger refrigerator. I always like to got out to the Cheese Factory and bring home cheese. We still plan on staying there again. It is our home away from home. It is reasonable and the closest motel to my son's house.

The room was a disappointment. Wall paper peeling away from the wall, A portable AC unit duck taped to a piece of plywood in the window. A tiny TV a top a cabinet not a where near a 55 inch as stated. Mismatched lamps and to top it all off a lovely view of the new jail
