"The hotel is somewhat overrated by global standards. I would rate it as a 3-star property. The building itself is showing its age, although the rooms are comfortable. Unfortunately, the renovation completed a few years ago appears to have been done with lower-quality materials and workmanship, which may not hold up well over time. On the positive side, the staff were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The front desk team, along with the restaurant and bar staff, made us feel welcomed. The 24-hour front desk service is also a significant convenience, especially for international travelers arriving at late hours. Overall, while the property could benefit from better maintenance and higher-quality renovations, the service provided by the staff was a highlight."

"Stayed here 5 times in last 4 years . Great location just 10 mins from airport. Amazing veiws over palma bay . Rooms / bathrooms very clean and well stocked . Breakfast is spot on . Very quiet and chilled pool area . Will be coming back soon ."
