I wanted to switch a top bunk to bottom bunk due to personal reasons and the receptionist was fantastic in solving that for me. I only stayed for the one night but it was great and the location, while not in the city center, is great because it is close to plaza españa and if you are walking around the cathedral, then you can walk through the center to the center on your way to the hostel. For me the location was perfect.

The hostel was really enjoyable to stay in, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful, even after 11pm and the room was very clean. my only dislike was the fact that the lockers aren’t actually lockable and can be opened by anyone

Nothing but friendly

Absolutely great. Only friendly people as far as the eye could see, coming and going, perfectly balanced between minding one’s own business and having a friendly chat. Patient and English talking staff, cosy shared room with cute tile floors, and rooftop and backyard hangout spots where guests socialised, especially at night!

Det var en fin opphold , men er ikke så rolig området, så det var ikke så lett å sove om nettene. Bortsett fra det , var det hyggelig med gjester og personalet. Fint sted å være om man ønsker by liv. Strand var mulig å besøke med en kort busstur . By liv er ganske så popular i nærområdet. Midt i sentrum med masse restauranter og butikker. Supermarked var ganske nær. Kjøkken var utstilt med alt man trenger om man har lyst til å lage mat.

Es hat mir sehr gefallen. Tolle Matratzen und stabile Betten. Ich habe in einem Zimmer mit nur einer weiteren Person gewohnt. Kristoff, falls du diese Bewertung liest – ganz liebe Grüße an dich! Bleib gesund und vergiss nicht, in Hamburg einen warmen Schal zu tragen 😁 Die Toiletten und Duschkabinen sind sauber. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt dieses Hostels ist die Lage: mitten im Zentrum mit hervorragender Verkehrsanbindung. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder hin.

El hostel es muy limpio y las habitación muy cómodas. Cuentan con aire acondicionado, los baños del piso donde me hospedé eran limpiados varias veces al día lo cual es muy conveniente ya que en hosteles la limpieza puede ser un problema. Volvería viajando solo sin dudas. Cuenta con un patio muy lindo y lavadoras pero no las utilice. A tener en cuenta, si rentan auto, la zona no es de libre estacionamiento y deberán dejarlo a varias calles.

Atendimento da recepção deixou a desejar, o quarto, peçam pra ficar no último andar, da pra ouvir todos os ruídos do andar de cima, pra uma noite apenas, não recomendo mais noites. Escolham o the boc city, do atendimento ao conforto é mil vezes melhor.

J'ai sejourné pour 5 nuits, le sejour etant plaisant. Une chambre pour 2 personnes petite mais suffisant pour dormir. Les douches communes etaient propres. UN peu bruyant dans l'ensemble mais je n'ai pas trouvé le staff assez présent dans les parties communes Je le recommande pour la position géographique
