"We had an unfortunate experience with our TV. We wanted to watch the NBA playoffs but you had to link your phone to the TV. I was having difficulty so I asked the young desk associate. Her exact words to me was, well our customers just find something to watch on the normal channels. I don't know how to do it and either does my manager. Don't offer a smart TV with the capability if you don't educate the staff on how to help the guests. I would not stay there again."

It was very disappointing because everything else was great. Unfortunately we won't be able to return because a bed is the reason we book a hotel."
