"Brilliant stay here.. beautiful country location but close to the town. The ladies who greeted us and looked after us were friendly, accommodating and just genuinely great people. Wish we could have stayed longer! Hope we will be back"

"Great location - walking distance to town centre for shops and restaurants and cafes - short drive to beach. Had a takeaway from the Thai restaurant - very good
Accommodation was very comfortable and hosts very friendly.
Breakfast was put out for us to help ourselves in the pottery shop each morning and was a good start to the day with fresh fruit and croissants.
Reliable WiFi we were able to watch Wimbledon with no problems.
All in all a delightful stay and would definitely stay again."

"Fantastic location and parking provided; staff was super helpful and welcoming. The room was okay, but I feel the bed needs an upgrade in mattress comfort, at least for me. Worth it for the location."

"We had a bit of a rude welcome but this was rectified the following day at breakfast.
A well placed property with a good breakfast.
The bathroom was a little tired and the beds were comfortable."

"Superb size of room with beautiful view of the harbour at Poole. Very good buffet breakfast and some excellent culinary delights for dinner in the hotel’s Italian restaurant. Parking was easy."
"Air conditioning in the room incredibly hard to use effectively leading to very poor sleep
Car park incredibly small however public parking 100 yards away"
"Good location for walk to Poole Speedway. Plenty of parking for motorbike. Staff all helpful. Room I had was a twin. Plenty of room, clean and a good shower. Quiet as at the back of the pub. Nice spacious pub with outdoor seating area. Stayed on the first Thursday of the month which is a quiz night for the RNLI. Great charity. Although disappointed that I could not have a meal as it was full for the quiz. Breakfast set me up for the ride home. Would stay again."
"The room was clean and well serviced. All staff were friendly, helpful and polite.
We appreciated daily breakfast but being coeliac I would have liked more g f alternatives.
air conditioning worked well but could have done with bedsude lights which were either not working or not provided"
"I wanted to ask my daughter and husband to join us for breakfast. Naturally, we would pay the additional cost, but was declined because it was peak season. When we went for breakfast the next morning over 75% tables were empty for the hour we were there."
"The room we had was great for our needs for the long weekend. Easy to access with self check in and out. Loads of info provided about the area for restaurants etc in a book left in the room which was genuinely useful.
Jenny was great with providing required info on booking and checking we had that info again before we arrived.
We’d definitely stay again if we visit Poole."
"Lovely room at the top of 2 flights of stairs. Enough space for the 2 of us and luggage. Clean. Good shower. A good selection of tea &coffee. A payable mini bar. Good shower and the host has some toiletries for use if you’d forgotten anything. The location is great 2 mins walk to bars and restaurants. My advice is read the message from the hotel with the check in details (I didn’t) it a key lock box the code is in the message attachment . Jenny didn’t mind at all that I hadn’t read it and luckily she was close by to help out."
