"Great location, less than 30 seconds to the quay. Room had everything you'd expect from a b&b. Fabulous breakfast, there was even an option of standard or large size! Would stay again if we're in the area. Friendly, welcoming host."

"The most AMAZING location, the beach was 1.5 minutes from our bedroom door.
Staff were nice and helpful.
Food was fabulous.
The kitchen was understaffed one of the nights we ate there and we had to wait over 1 hour for food to arrive. Had we known this when we made our reservation we would have made alternative arrangements.
The harbour view from our balcony was amazing.
The mattress NEEDS CHANGING URGENTLY - sloping both sides and so wants to eject you from the bed.
It justifies its 4-star hotel rating though somehow there is a slight fawlty towers vibe ..... but in a nice way"
"Loved this hotel. Located in the old town of Poole Quay. Lots of pubs and restaurants to choose from as well as the Antelope itself where we had a lovely lunch. Room was lovely. Bed was super comfortable. We stayed in room 8. Be aware this room had a bath but no shower. Room did not have aircon which we didn’t have an issue with as not sure the room ever got hot. Hotel did not have its own car park. There are two multi story 24/7 car parks both within a 3 minute walking distance. Note that one car park was a bit tight for a large vehicle but other one was no problem. Would like to mention the friendly bar lady (did not get her name but she was a senior lady the same as me) who could not do enough for us. We wished we’d booked for longer and will definitely be back."
"We had everything we needed - and more if you've forgotten anything - for our short stay. Lovely, spotless room (church view) just like the pictures, with gated parking. Apart from being a pleasant host, Jenny provided excellent, easy to follow check in information and details of places to eat and drink, which were all very close by."
"Fantastic place for sundowners on the patio, magnificent view over the harbour. Not so nice to carry drinks outside to table down steps, with waiters stood around doing nothing."
"Nice property, very clean and great location.
Pay attention to the welcome package, you’ll really struggle to get large cases up the small staircase, I struggled with a back pack and a pannier from my bike. But don’t let that put you off.
Also have to prearrange motorbike drop off so follow the instructions. There was something in the package about paid parking nearby.
Really nice place, comfortable room and bed. Nice bathroom. Just off the main quay side. With a pub next door also!"
