"A simple 1 nite stay at Pontian. Not bad for the price paid. No view, as the room was either beside the main road or in between the slip road that goes to the Econ supermarket nearby. Small room but clean, although towels is a bit yellowish. Suggest to bring your own towels. Toilet are clean as well."

"The hotel is in a good location and very spacious rooms. The room condition is not great upon closer inspection as there are a lot of small damages, but in general it was a pleasant stay and decent value for money. The breakfast was good. The staff at check in and maintenance staff were not very useful and I saw the cleaners hiding often on their phones, but when they did the work it was fine."
