Hôtel situé au sein du golf, calme, parking facile et sécurisé, très belle piscine intérieure et SPA, chambre propre. Très bon accueil, pas restaurant dans hôtel, il y a un restaurant dans golf à 300m mais peu de choix et isolé le soir. Par contre hôtel proche du centre de Ponte-Lima (3 km) avec de nombreux restaurants et parking à côté des restaurants.

Mal cheguei ao quarto encontrei um brinco debaixo da cama!! Os móveis apresentam algum desgaste, e a casa de banho tinha o lavatório entupido, demorando muito a escoar a água. Para não gastar, às 10.00h da manhã entraram pelo quarto dentro para fazer arrumação quando eu ainda estava na cama!!!! Nunca tal me aconteceu.

Nous y avons séjourné 4 nuits au mois d’août 2020. Le personnel de chambre et de service de petit déjeuné est vraiment très pro. A l accueil nous avons vu 2 personnels féminins très sympathiques par contre le premier jour de notre arrivée c’était un personnel masculin un peu froid et antiphatique ... La literie est confortable par contre il y avait la tuyauterie de la climatisation qui passait à l’intérieur du placard qui faisait beaucoup de bruit. Pas de prêt de fer à repasser ... La personne de l accueil du spa / piscine était antipathique, par contre le personnel des soins massages adorables. Nous sommes allé manger au restaurant à côté de l hôtel on y mange très bien et le personnel est très professionnel. Manque de civisme de la part de certains clients qui ont fait du bruit tard le soir ou très tôt le matin, une petite intervention de la direction aurait été la bienvenue.

Suffisant pour un séjour de passage.

Chambre simple mais confortable, petit déjeuner copieux, parking extérieur en plus d'un parking couvert, piscine couverte très profitable avec des horaires d'ouverture assez larges. Seul inconvénient : situé à 4 kms du centre de Ponte de Lima, il est nécessaire d'avoir un véhicule pour se déplacer, sauf si on ne vient que pour jouer au golf.
