What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional Guest Experience team. They were consistently responsive and supportive, assisting with everything from printing park tickets and offering guidance on transportation and dining, to making every effort to troubleshoot in-room concerns as they arose. Every interaction was handled with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to ensure my stay was seamless. Their attentiveness and prompt communication did not go unnoticed and made a lasting impression. I would absolutely recommend Villa Marquis to anyone looking for a refined and well-supported stay in the heart of Paris."
