"Lovely property, very welcoming and attentive staff, comfortable bed, excellent room with balcony with a wonderful view, breakfast was superb! Staff met us on arrival and showed us around and even recommended a wonderful restaurant in Pompei for dinner. Note: Google maps sends you on a very round about route to get there. Try beginning your route once you are in the historic part of Pompeii. The route from there is quite simple. "

"We arrived mid-evening and the wine tasting was no longer available according to the staff at the front desk. The facilities were very clean however, they were very simple as well, almost a commercial feel with the cinder block walls. The HVAC was unruly and only worked sporadically leaving a warm room with high humidity. The distance to the town was acceptable as long as you brought your own vehicle. The grounds were well kept but, it sure would have been nice to enjoy a glass of wine after...

"Fabulous hotel. Staff all spoke excellent English and were incredibly helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean, large, and well kept. Wonderful views of the city/Vesuvius, and the outdoors patio was lovely. Super convenient location close to the Circumvesuviana metro line, and easy walking distance to the Pompeii ruins, many restaurants (Na Pasta was our favorite!), and gelateria. Favorite part of our trip was the time in Pompeii. You won't go wrong staying here!"

"The location across from the ruins was perfect. It was within walking distance to everything. Ruins, restaurants and train stations. They have a place to store your bags if you arrive before the check in time. They also had a very good breakfast included with the room. "

"This hotel honestly ruined our time in Pompeii. Hotel manager was extremely rude and was not willing to work with us when we had an extra person in our party due to an air b&b mixup. We ended up overcharged for a low quality room. They watched us coming and going from our room the entire time we were there, as if expecting us to do something wrong and waiting to make us pay for it. Not worth it!"
