Very helpful people on reception, even though they didn’t speak English they had a card prepared to explain this, and to explain what was needed and that I could contact someone in the morning if needed. Pleasant room with fridge, hob, some limited cooking facilities. Had to make tea by boiling water in a pan. WiFi excellent. Bed had sheets but no duvet. "The hotel, staff and room were amazing. The one negative was that, without any advance notice, the hotel’s restaurant was closed to a private function on both nights, a Thursday and Friday. For a Michilen starred restaurant, that would be unheard of in the US. What made it a bit worse is the staff were clearly uncomfortable with the situation, and would simply say the restaurant was “fully booked,” which was not quite accurate. "
