"My experience with this accommodation didn’t meet my expectations unfortunately. I had to change apartments three times due to issues that should have been identified before check-in. The first apartment was dirty and the door lock was not working. I was then moved to a second apartment where the bedroom light bulbs were faulty. By the time I was moved again, I was exhausted from travelling and just wanted to settle, so I accepted a third apartment even though it was also not properly cleaned and had a faulty door lock. I had to use a physical key to access the apartment for the entire trip. In addition, the apartment was very noisy at night. When it was windy there was a constant noise coming through the air conditioning/fan unit, and I could also hear doors and windows slamming in the outside corridor, which made it difficult to fall asleep. "

"A great, modern hotel with a bit of personality and some great design features. Our room was close to the bridge so busy with people walking past but if you look past that the views of the mountains were great. Breakfast was amazing, with a huge choice and a barrister making coffees. The location of the hotel is very handy, close to buses but also on the trendy side of the harbour with good restaurants nearby."
