"The hotel is right on the water and you can see the Long Beach pier across the way as well as the Queen Mary. We stayed in a beach view room for 5 nights, and the view was remarkable. The restaurant was being remodeled, so I can’t speak to the food options. The amenities were great and the staff were very friendly. With all the said…charging $45 a night for parking for paying guests (because they don’t own their parking lot) is OUTRAGEOUS!! Overall, my family and I had a great time, but I won’t be staying here more than two nights until they get their parking fees under control. "

"Absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect for what we had planned for the day. It’s right down the street from the Queen Mary and the drive to downtown is very easy. The walk to downtown is longer than 15 minutes which was the only disappointment but other than that we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again! "

"The hotel was quiet, clean, and safe. The staff was friendly, although I was a little put off by them wearing masks, but to each his own I guess. My only complaint is that it is very difficult to get in and out of the property because of where it is located and because the alternative gated entrance/exit to the property remained locked the entire time."
