"Fantastic stay at the Lava Beach hotel. The 5 star rating is truly justified. Rooms were large and well finished, robes and slipper included. Spa facility for massage was great and worth the extra money. Restaurants in 200m either direction if you don’t want to eat in the hotel. Breakfast was great and the Cava was a nice touch. Drinks and bar snacks were all responsibly priced and the piano bar had live enetertainment everynight which was great for a night cap. Will definitely come back. Distance to Puerto del Carmen centre is around a 30 minute walk, €4.5 in a taxi. Great to break the day up. "

"My parents really enjoy their stay each time we book Cinco Plaza for them, they had a large apartment with two balconies, the apartment was spotless, the staff are really friendly, beautiful sea view, they are booked again to stay in February "

"Great time had. Their greatest asset is their staff. All warm and welcoming. Couldn’t do enough for you. Remembered me and my drink preference from a year ago! Don’t know how to they do it. Food options were more limited this time. But more space for more guests. Still excellent food though. Room was lovely. Very comfortable beds and spacious. Grounds very clean. Very clean through out. Towels seemed to be changed every day. Chocolate on pillow at night was nice. Will be returning a few times next year. Can’t wait! "

"Very nice, asked for high floor and paid for sea view which was lovely. Very well equipped apartment. Only one thing they really need to improve is the lighting in the kitchen area, it’s dreadful, they just need to change the bulbs. One more really easy fix would also be to please move the long mirror from the side of the second fridge in the living room to the bedroom wall, as there’s no mirror in there and if there’s someone in the bathroom you have no mirror, but minor inconvenience. Loved it there and would not hesitate to come back. Thank you."
