"From the moment we arrived, to our departure, the entire stay was fantastic. Friendly staff throughout. A variety of food selection for breakfast and evening meals, always plenty to eat. The room, and in fact throughout the entire premises it was tidy and clean. Enjoyed the massage treatments, on a couple occassions. And we also enjoyed the little putting green one evening. The beach and promenade are at the bottom of the hotel, so a small walk. Overall we had a fantastic time and would happily stay here again, and would recommend to friends and family. "

"Clean, large apartment with all you need. Basic but great for me. Beds a bit hard. Nice shower, aircon in living room and fan in bedroom. I stayed 12 nights. I had a flood 2 nights into stay and I located the tap to isolate. So no water in kitchen for a week but used bathroom water for bathing and washing clothes and pots. Dean gave me a bottle of wine and could not apologise enough. Although it had issues I would definitely return. "

"Unfortunately we only got to stay one night but during our short stay we found the room beautiful, large bedroom, separate seating/tv lining area, fabulous bathroom and lovely outdoor patio area. The hotel has direct access to the beach. Everywhere was spotless and staff at reception was very efficient and helpful. Would definitely stay again and hopefully for a longer visit. "

"Very well equipped apartment. Comfortable bed and sofa. Aircon very efficient. Ground floor apartment perfect for us and easy walking to the decent size pool. Great position within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. "

"Hotel was overall very good, all inclusive choice of food was excellent, alcohol choices were extremely poor. I would normally stay in H10 and it doesn't really compare to be honest. At H10 you get a choice of a bottle of water or glass of wine with your dinner. Here you only got a small glass of water. Room was very clean and air conditioning was also very efficient, hotel overall was well manicured which makes for a very pleasant experience. Shower size and pressure was excellent, there seemed to be a slight glitch in that occasionally where the shower water would get very hot quite quickly without having touched the regulator (Room 326). Hotel location is very good approx 4km from the port in Puerto del Carmen and something similar to the airport runway. The beach to the front of the hotel is an excellent beach and reasonably safe. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, hotel is designed to make it feel like each room is an apartment and when you leave the room you get a feeling of being outside immediately which is quite nice and takes away the claustrophobic feel of hotel corridors. Entertainment was also very good taking into account it is a holiday hotel, a lot of the performers seemed to be from Bulgaria and we really enjoyed the shows they put on and you could tell there was a lot of effort put in with limited stage and equipment to probably work with so they deserve a lot of credit. Overall its a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay."
