Rooms very comfortable and clean. Location is great, only a short walk to Plymouth Hoe. Off street parking close by was reasonably priced at 4 pound overnight. Breakfast was good and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I was in Plymouth again.

Loved everything about it!

The area, the room, the owner, the atmosphere- everything was just perfect! We slept super well and enjoyed a good breakfast while chatting with other visitors and the owner. There are great restaurants nearby and if you arrive or leave by ferry, the guest house is just 15 minute walk from the ferry terminal. We warmly recommend staying here!

Little gem in Plymouth.

Olive the owner was fantastic. Cooking our breakfast freah to order each day. The continental section was excellent as well. Room was very clean with plenty of tea & coffee on hand. A large fan was even supplied to cool us down at night. Great location a short walk to the sea front. Will definitely stay again.
