Ideally placed near the Hoe & Barbican. Very clean, comfortable & excellent breakfast. Parking is limited however Rob & Sue text me asking if I needed a permit & arranged one for when I arrived. Rob even kept an eye out for a space & parked his own car there to keep it until I got there.

Great location

Nice place, location is excellent. Breakfast range was decent, service was good. Can be a bit noisy with motorbikes & traffic at night even though it is set back. Room was a little small but overall a decent place to stay.

Perfect stay

Perfect little stay, location was fantastic, service fantastic, rob and sue were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. If I was to go back to Plymouth I would stay here again.

THIS...... Is the place to stay in Plymouth! The location. Is excellent, you can take a lovely stroll to all the sites historical Plymouth has to offer . The room was sparkling clean with great amenities and a delicious, hearty hot breakfast. The best thing though was the beautiful hospitality afforded to me by the hosts Rob and Sue who are just so kind and accomodating. Sorry to gush but I just had a grest great time in Plymouth and would wish Sue and Rob well in all their ventures.

Barbican Reach is a cosy, well situation guest house which was spotlessly clean. Rob and Sue are very friendly and on hand with useful information about the surrounding area. My breakfast was delicious and set me up for the day. I will certainly stay here again.

Very nice one night stay

From the moment we arrived our hosts were very welcoming and very helpful giving us directions. Our room was great for our short stay. There was a good choice at breakfast and we were very happy with food. We will stay again later in the year.

Ideal location

We were pleased to find a very friendly welcome and a compact, but very comfy & convenient room on the ground floor. It had everything we needed for our Armed Forces Day stay. Barbican Reach is close to both the Barbican and the Hoe so it suited us very well. The breakfast was delicious too, plenty of choice & all freshly prepared. Lovely hosts and this guest house will be our first choice should we be luckily enough to return to Plymouth!
