"The hotel it self was clean but needs updating. I was informed on arrival that breakfast ( that I had paid for) was not available! And I could get one a short distance away. I asked if a refund was available but they said no. Very disappointing to say the least. I will not use this hotel again."

"£10 to park in hotel Carpark at the back of hotel staff were, friendly if no parking on hotel site than on the road it is £19.50 for 24 hrs. The bedroom no 25 was nice and spacious but dated and worn out the bathroom lock not working and one spot light bulb not working bed was comfortable and bar ..."

Eden on the Hoe
"Room was clean but the shower room was so tight, I had to sit on the toilet at an angle. The blinds don’t shut out the light so we were woken by the blazing Sun at 5 this morning. Only plug socket in a kingsize room."
