To make it even more amazing, Eve Melendez and her team had a wonderful gift and a card my daughter when we arrived. She was amazing throughout our trip to New York City. Jose from concierge went above and beyond to help us get to where we need to be! Especially some last-minute pizza from uncle Paul’s.
