. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite with a kitchen and living area. No elevators so that's something to consider if you have a lot of luggage. I stayed for 1 night and their "incidentals" fee was $250 which I think is insane. It's not posted anywhere before you book so ve prepared to have a $250 hold on your card for several days! "

"Have been staying here a long time. Love that the pool is heated in winter and has an actual deep end. Very convenient if you have business in Pleasanton. Hot tub was out of order this time, but isn’t usually. Good staff, I can always request the room type I want and usually get it. "

"The lo ks on the door didnt work (we got locked out) and the frint desk staff said this is normal. That they have told management, but they arent fixing them. The maintenance got us back in rather quickly. The pool was great and the rooms were very clean, but the other residents would not stop smoking weed on outside their rooms. Made for a very smelly night."
