"There was dog pee everywhere in our room, multiple spots. Could not move rooms, no offer to clean or discount the room cost. Also, no continental breakfast which we thought was standard with Holiday Inn properties."

Had to leave my new job to go handle this !! She was condescending, and actually had the gall to ask me if it was ok to list MY WIFE on the reservation!! Seriously?? Never again "

"The first thing I noticed was the friendly greeting. The next thing I noticed was how clean it was.I really enjoyed the fresh smell of the hand and body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The bearkfast was wonderful. Lots of choices. Check out was fast and courteous. We would use them the next time we stay in this area."

"Bed sunk in the middle, tv didnt turn on (yes, we checked the cord), one light wouldnt turn on, carpet in hallways coming up, hot tub out of order permanently, cardio equipment didnt work, blood on the wall. Worst stay we have had in a long time. Inexpensive yes, but still disappointed. "

"Man at the front desk was super nice. Walls seems to be a little thin, but we brought a sound machine and slept fine. Hot tub closed at ten, so we were too late to use it. Plug at the lamp did not charge my phone during the night, so I had to use the plug behind the nightstand in the morning and I didn’t have time to get a full charge. "
