"Upon arrival, we were informed that they were painting the outside, renovating, and the hot tub didn’t work. Also walking to our room, the carpet was torn up and tripping hazard not to mention the garbage piled up outside a room that sat for 2 days. No warning to any of it and we had booked weeks prior. Also the breakfast bar worked half the time."

"The receptionist was so kind and understood my concerns. We were not able to even stay a single night. We went to the room and turned right around. There was blood on the wall of the shower, pubic hair on the corner of the bathroom and grease on the table in the living room area. When we went to look at the pool, a toddler had just diarrhea’d EVERYWHERE in the hot tub and leaked all over the floor. DISGUSTING! The parents just grabbed her and evacuated without letting any of us know or the hotel attendants. We quickly let the staff know and they kept both pools open despite knowing. We switched over to the HYATT and the gal upfront was very kind and voided the transaction all together. DONT STAY AT THIS HOLIDAY INN. It is not sanitary."

"The elevators were not working, there was one set of stairs that were very far from our room. We had an injured teenager with us that could not go up & down the stairs alone. It took 4 trips to the car to get all of our belongings to the car and another trip for 2 of is to help the injured teen down the stairs."
