"Este hotel não pode estar na categoria VIP ACCESS. Meu GOLD STATUS não serviu para nada! Staff extremamente rude, quarto ruim com toalhas de péssima qualidade. A piscina continua ótima mas infelizmente agora tem um som aos berros ... "

"What we really liked about this hotel? I must say 5 stars for breakfast, great choice, lots of fruit, and great choice of everything, fresh and tasty. Another great thing was location, close to metro, taxi and activities. Some staff was nice but they did not speak english. Where ever we fo we expect that somebody would speak english as well. Room was avarage, towels and bedding could be cleaner. I could smell mould from mouldy walls. We only were happy with the shower."

"O hotel é bem localizado, os arredores são muito tranquilos também. Os funcionários, muito receptivos e educados, o quarto estava arrumado e limpo quando chegamos, o banheiro também. O café da manhã foi farto, com bastante variedade. Com certeza, indico e numa próxima oportunidade, irei retornar."
