"I turned up at the hotel (after a bus journey from Petra ) only to get some excuse from staff about maintenance work in my room!! Truth is, Zaman have a very old booking system and because of their location and price, get over booked. I was then sent by Zaman to their 'sister' hotel the Hotel Arabesque, in a completely different area of Amman. Zaman Ya Zaman, it is 2023!!!! Modernise!!! Zaman could have contacted me to tell me or cancelled my booking earlier...."

"The bedsheets and covers were dirty and had hair on them. They did not change the sheets and covers. I felt itchy skin when I woke up. In addition, the door to the room was broken from the lock and the door could not be locked. It looks like it was broken by a theft. The place is not safe and not comfortable. I strongly advise you to look for another place."
