The hotel staff is very attentive and helped us coordinate transfers to and from the airport, as well as helping us with tours of both Quito's historic center and an excursion to one of the volcanoes. "This was one of the best hotels we have stayed. It was so clean, staff was extremely helpful and friendly all along the way. Fresh bread daily and stocked fridge. So personal and very welcoming. Recommendations for restaurants and shopping were spot on. I would highly recommend to anyone especially with a family. "

"Front staff was so friendly, spoke great English, and acted as a friend. Great service, breakfast was better than a 5 star restaurant included in the booking. Very much tailored service to needs. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Good view from the hotel, very safe with high security! Make sure to book hot tub four hours in advance !"

"I had to be let in AND out every time I wanted to get out to explore. Always worried small staff wouldn't be around when I needed them. Staff member asked me for extra money twice. Toilet paper wasn't replaced when used up. Actual address doesn't exist as hostel - had to be taken around the block to real property, called Hostal Escosie (or something like that). Had to pay extra charge besides Expedia's charge. Good location but otherwise poor place to stay."
