Dommage que les piscines ferment à 18h et qu il y ait une différence entre ceux qui font partie du club "prefered" et qui ont accès à des bars et que ce ne soient pas le cas pour les autres. "The staff were excellent. The room was spotless. We had a heavy downpour on or first night which caused a slight issue with our room. The following morning I reported this to reception and she told me she would send up a maintenance man to have a look. Within 15 mins the man arrived and said we will change your room. He left and five mins later reception rang to say they were changing our room.I have to give the staff at reception 10/10 for such a prompt response. caused a slight issue in the room.
