It all was wonderful. However we did have some septic problems and if you want to get a chair at the beach you better get there at 8. I had both of my credit cards gotten the one day i left the resort. Therefore no credit cards to get home and no one likes to take cash.

We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Vivid Playa del Carmen. The rooms were amazing and clean. The in suite jacuzzi was my favorite. The food was incredible.
