"We were welcomed in and immediately was shown our room by our concierge ( i don’t remember his name but he was very helpful)! The food was delicious the staff was polite and helpful, room service was a little behind or short staffed but otherwise we got everything we needed when we asked for it. "Staff was excellent Antonio our butler made sure or reservations for diiner were made and made some special purchases from outside the resort for members of our group for items nit available at the resort, Sarai at the children's pool remembered myself and my husband from a pervious trip and made sure we had the best service since we were traveling with a large group of our grandchildren . Jennifer and Miguel at the privilege beach area were outstanding with attention to detail with the family...Miguel even made sure the little ones had beach toys to play with and stay occupied. "
