Special shoutout to Gloria , she was one of the reasons we had a great experience , she took things personally and went above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful. The younger man at the front desk was very dismissive and shrugged it off like it was no big deal after I walked around In dark streets with my 3 kids looking for the new location .
