This hotel is on the boardwalk on the beach. It's in walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Staff was helpful and friendly. There is no taxi stop around so the hotel was able to call us a taxi to get to our tour meeting place. You would need a taxi to get to the main shopping center of Mallorca. This is a largely German populated tourist destination.

Really nice property across from the beach. Room was comfortable and refurbished. We had 3 steep steps down into the bedroom as soon as you opened the door, which made dealing with luggage challenging (would have been nice to know). The pool area lovely and the bar and restaurant good too. The Sangria was expensive. Most of the double rooms that describe a “sea view” are facing the pool with a side view of the ocean. Would definitely return. Better than expected.

Lovely hotel, right across from the beach. Very clean, our room was lovely, comfy beds, great bathroom with amazing shower. I was able to see the sea from my bed which was so nice. The food in the restaurant is very good if you want the option to eat there. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We were only guests for a few days but it was good. Bus stop not far from the hotel. Pool balcony overlooking the beach. Good view from the room. Front desk was able to provide a lot of local information.

Great little room with nice view on the ocean. Great balcony. AC in a necessary! Worked very well. Small bathroom, renovated, modest but overall good. Great location. Great restaurant, shop and beaches close. No problem parking our car (free) on the street close to the hotel everyday. Bus 25 is 5 minutes walk (goes to palma)

The adults only aspect of this place seems great but there is no soundproofing so if you have any interest in sleeping past 8am, don’t. Also our air conditioning produced a vile smell on our last night and unfortunately there were no other rooms to move us to.

Paying more for every night to have a beach view, is just embarrassing. The only thing you see while looking out of the window is the other side of the building. To see the beach, you have to go out on your balcony. In our case, both neighbors were smoking, so we neither could sit on the balcony, nor fully open the balcony’s door because the cigarette smoke would make our room stink. The staff were very kind, but they couldn’t do anything about it. Also, the balcony door was broken, so it was very hard to open it. We bought new plastic knifes (because the cutlery was pretty dirty in the room) and chips. Both of it got stolen from the cleaning lady, so we have to no longer give them permission to clean our room. The bedsheets also had weird stains and the bedroom ceiling was moldy. Quite a shame for the price.
