"The issues don’t lie with the hidden fees and poor service and the way the manager gave one word answers to everything, the manager for some reason thought it was a good idea to send a strange message to my friend staying with me about how he’s interested in her, how is one meant to feel safe to give this type of man there information when they use it in such a way. "I’ve never been to Mallorca, Spain before and I selected 2 places on the island. Our first stop was LJs Ratxo luxury resort. We booked the junior suite with private yard and pool for my wife’s 50th birthday. It is a hidden oasis of peace and we absolutely loved it and will come back….all the way from Vancouver Canada. A true gem of relaxation and exceptional service. I’ve never been to anything like this. Highly recommend to detach, relax and soak in beauty and tranquility."
