"We had a nice breakfast, good pool area. Room was very basic and old, expected to be better . The check in was very slow, he had around 2hrs. Everyone that was coming for check in get their room in time , only ours took so long."

"Rooms are dated, staff are rude and generally it’s a poor experience. Our Junior suite came with one coffee capsule (we’re a couple sharing the room - so not even one each) and 2 tiny bottles of water. When asking for more coffee they tried to charge €15. Room service app didn’t work at all, and when phoning them the kitchen would be closed at random times, and the staff were incredibly rude."
