"The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. "
"This property has fake pics of the inside online. Receptacles are all hanging with exposed wires, gate has no lock. No dishes, stove was disgusting, no soap, not even in the bathroom for your hands. Ants and roaches everywhere. No utensils, no shower head in shower. No hot water. No table, I left this room about 30 minutes after I arrived. We did not feel safe at all. Do not book this property. "Located in the old part of San Juan, close to shopping and great restaurants this hotel is in a great place. The room was very nice, spacious and clean The bathroom was just as nice. Look at the pictures others have sent. I will recommend this to spot to anyone going to PR. Rooftop dining was so nice with continental included in the three night stay. "

From the room being well appointed to the dining being top notch every aspect was executed invredibly well. The pool attendants were great and ready at a moments notice not to mention so friendly. The two female wait staff went above and beyond. The bartenders in all reataurants were very attentive. The hotel also maintained an incredibly clean condition with no spots left unclean.
