"We really enjoyed our stay again, reception staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast very tasty. Room very spacious, the only slight negative was the cleaning of the room."

"Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Lots of storage. The pillows were very soft, this made it uncomfortable to try and sit up in bed to read. Small fridge in the room. Water provided on day one. Seaview room, spacious balcony with a pool and a nice view of the sea. Nice pool and lobby bars. Service was good some occasions, at other times needed to go and find a menu and order at the bar. We booked half board. The restaurant was lovely and the staff worked very hard. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Good selection of food at breakfast and dinner. Everything was clearly marked. Only slight disappointment was the selection of fresh fruit at breakfast. Quite a lot seemed to be tinned, the pineapple was still frozen! The coffee machine was very good. Overall a lovely hotel. "

"Great hotel with excellent staff, very friendly, great facilities, used the gym, spa and padel. Local restaurants and supermarkets nearby. "

"We stayed in room 220 on 1st floor. About 15 steps to room. (In 3 sections). No lifts. I have walking difficulties but steps we ok. Room clean & basic. Large corner balcony overlooking the sea. Air con in lounge. On arrival Maria had left key's & instructions for us, easy! Pool area nice, clean & peaceful. Other than breakfast option which we didn't use. There is no food or drink service on site. But supermarket outside was very good for supplies. For someone with walking issue restaurants & bars were nearby & easy accessable. Row of eateries by Neptuno & 5mins walk to 1st small square & 12 mins to 2nd square for entertainment. Beaches nearby. No sunloungers on beaches but I bought a fold up chair which was great for beach. Staff at Neptuno all polite & friendly. Thank you Maria & Ruth. My only small snag would be the long mirror in bedroom. Bed is placed in front of it so you can't see full lengh. Would be better by front door. We had an enjoyable stay at Neptuno & would reccomend it."

"It was a pleasant stay for us a family in Dec. 24Deg and away from cold was always welcome. Staff is very well behaved and they looked after all of the guests equally well, so full marks to them. Rooms are very basic and does the job who are not too fussy about it ! Overall, the property needs some modernisation and especially the entertainment options for kids are very limited. If you are a vegan or vegetarian then be careful before choosing to stay here as options for veggie people are close to NONE !"
