"We booked a room with balcony and got one without, although we payed a much higher price and it was in the description (we have screenshots!). We only had a milky window, so no view of the outside at all! Much worse, it was a room directly on the street, ground floor, with poor noise isolation, so you hear all the noises from everyone passing your door, cars, dogs, etc. If this is not enough, there is a useless (locked) thin door to the side entry and the hallway with the other apartments, so...

"This was my first stay here and I absolutely loved it! The location is fantastic — everything I needed was just a short walk away, including restaurants and a supermarket. "The property itself isn’t bad considering is a very old building, everything was clean and we liked that, however the musty smell coming out from the kitchen’s faucet was really bad!!
