Room was clean, breakfast was great, however staff acted very strange when we asked why the phone lines were not turned on. they explained they turned off the lines due to a chaotic environment, which prevented me from being able to reach them when I couldn’t make my reservation that day. Rooms need to be updated and repaired due to small scuffings. Not the best I’ve stayed at.

Nice place

A bit old (late 90s early 2000s style) but the staff was always smiling and helpful. The location isn't to far from the city but a car is a must to come and go.

Not bad for a budget hotel

We had a better experience here than we have had at more expensive hotels. Friendly and efficient reception staff at check in. Only fast food in the immediate walking vicinity. Next door is a shopping centre (clothing outlets) with supermarket but the room did not have a refrigerator or kettle/coffee making facility. Short drive to Massalfassar beach which is not the nicest. Hotel location has nothing going for it, except that it is quiet

Nice hotel, walls paper thin

Hotel nice, but at side of motorway ( which is why we chose it), small pool, walls thin as paper could hear next room talking and snoring all night

Hôtel comfortable with spacious room with daily cleaning service But it is located too far from the city and there is no restaurant around but some fast food chains et one big sipermarket luckly We booked this hotel ,being very close to the sea to go to swim in the sea ,but as there are highways in between, it is too dangerous or almost impossible to walk to the beach You need absolutely a car to go to the beaches around The swimming pool we found not very clean from the beginning , also has stopped functioning completely in the most busy week end of the summer The noise proof in the room is very poor if you are sensitive to noise One of the staff in day time was very kind to us

Not far to drive to port for restaurants ( nice area) . Unable to walk despite not being far due to road though . Staff very friendly/ polite/ helpful. Room clean but walls could do with a scrub as a quite a few marks . Otherwise good . Pool area seemed nice but did not go in .

A stay to forget.

More a hostal than hotel. Very basic and poor cleaning. Bathroom was not wel cleaned, including black bodyhair from previous visitors on the toilet, paper on the floor and no towels on arrival. Breakfast was below minimum standard. A stay to forget.
