"Location is great. That’s it. The rest is terrible or very basic. The rooms are probably from 1980 or earlier (see the photos). The price per room is around 300 euro per night. This is the lowest standard we ever been to considering the fee. Rude and arrogant receptionist (the blonde one). Room dirty see the photos. I would rather sleep in a car than stay in this room. "

There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. "The check-in information received by mail, no complications. The condition of apartment was certainly not supreme, as adveritised but acceptable for the duration of 2 nights. The hosts were responsive. Overall, a 3-star /average rating is more than appropriate. Probably not worth visiting again unless no other accomodation is available."

"All in all it was okay. We didn’t miss anything, only the receptionist was somewhat chilled and the waiters in the restaurant were plainly rude. Maybe they all had a bad day, who knows. "

"I spent one night at Hotel Warmbaderh. It was absolutely lovely. The hotel arranged for my pickup/dropoff at the bus station. The staff were friendly and helpful.The room and facilities were clean. The dinner and breakfast were delicious! I used the spa at the hotel as well as the included spa services at Terme Karnten. I'm already trying to find a time to go back for longer, as I discovered that there are extensive hiking trails adjacent to the hotel as well. It is a little pricey during the...
