"Clean room"

"This was a cute and cozy spot to land near the airport. Unlike most airport hotels, it was very quiet. There is a large bar with food option and breakfast, but I didn't try it out. The staff were friendly, check in was smooth - the bed was a little hard and sloping towards the middle, but I still had a great sleep."

The location felt a little unsafe to walk to shops and restaurants. The taxi service number that I was given did not show after two calls and half an hour. The front desk called another company and they arrived in two minutes. Added stress to my airport journey. "

However, upon arrival/at the restaurant, I was informed that my rate did not include breakfast. This is a clear failure to deliver the service I paid for.
